For our UK manufactured garments, this is where it all begins. We have three modern automatic spreading machines which are operated by a skilled and experienced work force.

It is in the Cutting Room where the rolls of fabric are first received and examined to ensure that the necessary quality standard has been reached.

When a manufacturing order is received by our Senior Cutter it is checked against the Customerís specification records to ensure any variances are noted. The Cutter will commence cutting either from ready or newly made patterns and every part of the process is checked by the Supervisor and Pattern Cutter to ensure Customersí specifications have been strictly adhered to. Once the fabric is cut and checked, it is ready to be passed to the factory floor for the production of the garments ordered.

The Cutting Room Supervisor liaises closely with the Directors on a daily basis to ensure that the executive of SQP are aware of the progress of each individual order.

To ensure that our Customers receive a prompt and reliable service it is essential that we maintain a substantial level of garments in stock which we have manufactured at our factory in Nottingham. Included in our warehouse are both pilot and classic shirts which can be delivered to our customers by the next day, if necessary. We leave nothing to chance and, therefore, employ the services of one of the UKís premier carriers to ensure merchandise is delivered when required by our Customers and not when it is convenient to us.
